Entrepreneurs might walk through the doors of the museum that morning with nothing but their ambition, but they will leave with actionable strategies, critical contacts and unique access to some of the most innovative technical solutions available in the marketplace.
Most conferences for entrepreneurs last too long, have too many sponsor-centric presentations, and charge too much. So, what if we created a conference that only lasted one morning, focused only on the informational needs of the entrepreneurial attendees, and charged just enough to cover the cost of meals? That is the concept behind TVC’s inaugural Innovation Summit.
The format is simple. Only three presentations: Identifying Promising Ideas, Protecting Those Ideas, and Finding the Market for Your Idea, all led by people actively engaged in bringing ideas to market. Fewer than a dozen booths, none of which are selling services, and ample time to network and enjoy great food.
We anticipate over 300 of the region’s entrepreneurs will take the short, direct flight to Albuquerque to be able to connect with their peers, learn from the innovators in their field, and look over the breakthrough research that will be directly impacting their businesses in the years to come. A very ambitious morning but entrepreneurs have more important things to do than sit in conferences all day.
