Business Metaphors

”When Pigs Fly”

Often used to describe something that others may view as impossible, this phrase is taken from a Scottish Proverb.  Other language variations include the German "Wenn Schweine Flügel hätten, wäre alles möglich" (if pigs had wings, everything would be possible) and the Spanish "cuando las vacas vuelen" (when cows fly).
