  3. A review of the specific mechanics of actually writing the application to maximize the probability of being issued as a survivable patent
  4. Claim drafting to maximize the scope and value to the patent owner while providing the best ability to survive future challenges
  5. Overview of the entire patent prosecution process and how to correspond with the Patent Office to get your patent claims approved
  6. Review of Patent Office procedures for enhancing or challenging patents
  7. How to preserve international filing rights

This seminar is intended for those who are preparing for or actively working on patenting an invention.
